Welcome to TeamGrow. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TeamGrow.club Corporate HR Development Programs, info products, and goods. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

• Corporate HR Development Programs: On-site workshops, training sessions, and consulting.
• Info Products: Digital guides, downloadable toolkits, and online courses.
• Goods: Printed materials, workbooks, and branded merchandise.

3. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information when creating an account or enrolling in any offering. You agree to keep your account credentials secure and to notify TeamGrow immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of Content

All materials provided by TeamGrow, including text, graphics, images, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from TeamGrow.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before the start of any service or delivery of any product. Accepted methods of payment are indicated at checkout. Prices are subject to change, but once you place an order or enroll, the price is locked in.

6. Refund Policy

TeamGrow values your satisfaction and provides different options depending on the type of offering you purchase:

6.1 Corporate HR Development Programs (Live Services)

• Requests for cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date to qualify for a full refund.
• Requests made between 7 and 13 days before the event qualify for a 50% refund or the option to transfer the registration to a future program date.
• Requests made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, as resources and staffing have been allocated in advance.

6.2 Info Products (Digital Deliverables)

• Digital guides and online courses may be reviewed for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded more than 20% of the content.
• After 7 days or after substantial content access, purchases are non-refundable due to the immediate availability of materials.
• If you experience technical issues accessing the product, contact us and we will work to resolve the problem or issue a refund.

6.3 Goods (Physical Products)

• You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, TeamGrow will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

7. Refund Process

All approved refund requests will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If your payment method is unavailable, TeamGrow will offer an equivalent credit toward future services or products.

8. Modifications and Transfers

For live services, you may request a transfer to another session or location at no extra charge if made at least 10 days before the original date. Transfers requested within 9 days but more than 7 days before the event incur a 20% rescheduling fee. Transfers requested less than 7 days before the event are not eligible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamGrow will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
